Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION

If you can’t keep your scheduled appointment for any reason, we ask that you cancel within 24 hours, if possible, out of deference to others who wish to schedule with our Oneness Program.

ONENESS ORGANISATION reserves the right to terminate any One-on-One, Family, and/or Group session based on personal safety. Any participant may be refused, without bias, if we feel there is a danger to the Teacher, nominated resource person, or participant during a session based on the information exchanged.

No act of physical or verbal abuse will be accepted, and we have the right to terminate any session at any time if the Teacher or nominated feels threatened in any way.

Sessions will be terminated if the participant appears to be intoxicated with drugs and/or alcohol. 

In the case of late arrivals, we have the right to cancel any session if the participant arrives 15 minutes late or more.

We also reserve the right to terminate any session due to unforeseen circumstances. We will always try to ensure this is kept to an absolute minimum and you will be notified as soon as possible.
